NAMSS Conference Session Snapshot: How to Staff a CVO: Where Do I Fit In?
by Linda Waldorf, BS, CPMSM, CPCS
Do you feel that you can never get on top of your many tasks in the department?
Do you feel that you need more time to train and mentor staff?
Do you sometimes feel frustrated that your boss or leaders do not understand the important work you do or how much work you do?
Do you need more help?
Are you puzzled or discouraged when you see other departments getting additional staff, and you are not successful?
If you can answer yes to any of these questions, please join Melissa Walters, MHA, FMSP, CPMSM, CPCS, and me, Linda Waldorf, as we share our collective 60+ years of knowledge and experience staffing a MSO or CVO.
You can secure the staff you need as you learn to more effectively communicate your role and the value of your department to the organization.
Think of it as putting a puzzle together. It does not look like much until you put it together! We hope you will join us to put the staffing puzzle pieces together.
Will we see you online for the NAMSS 44th Educational Virtual Conference and Exhibtion, Oct. 5-8? Check out all education opportunities here, and register now.
