NAMSS Gateway Right to Publish Agreement

Thank you for authoring content (the "work") for NAMSS Gateway. In order to fully utilize your work, NAMSS must obtain your agreement to the following:

1. 1.    I hereby assign to NAMSS the right to publish my work.
2. 2.    I confirm that this work is/will be my original work** and will not violate the rights of any other parties.
3. 3.    I hereby grant permission to NAMSS to identify me as the author or co-author.
4. 4.    I hereby grant NAMSS the right to use my name, likeness, photograph, and biographical information in connection with the advertising, publicity, or promotion of the work in NAMSS publications on a perpetual, sublicensable, royalty-free basis. Other than the attribution I will receive as author of the work, I understand that I will receive no other compensation for the rights granted to NAMSS in this agreement.

**If the work has been published elsewhere, please let us know immediately so we can determine whether it is an appropriate work for NAMSS to republish on Gateway. Please list the previous publication dates and sources.

Submission Checklist

Before you submit, please confirm your submission adheres to the following guidelines:

•     The submitted article is approximately 700-900 words, excluding references. If it has fewer or more words, the article is complete and I understand the Publications Committee will review and provide recommendations. *
•     The submitted article aligns, to the best of the submitter's knowledge, to the Gateway author guidelines linked at the beginning of this form. *
